These religious individuals who make up a significant portion of our population needs political representation. Banning all religious political parties would disenfranchise these people. This would be more dangerous as the political parties would take the shape of underground organizations away from state oversight leading to more of communal violence that you speak of. FYI, Germany is a secular country and currently, the party in power there is the Christian Democratic Union of Germany.

If some party's constitution conflicts with the country's constitution, that should be settled in court. That will be a fair way to judge the accuracy of the claim. Otherwise any party can work for their target group, which can be a certain religious community.  The constitution and the human rights charters give these rights to everyone.
